    Lamb Burgerettes - Two braised lamb sliders topped with kale & blue cheese slaw served on brioche buns with a splash of housemade strawberry jam - paired with Rose Wine. 

Second Course - 

    Shrimp Ceviche Tostadita - Ceviche of shrimp with serrano, cucumber, tomato, red onion & cilantro served with avocado mousse - paired with Sauvignon Blanc.

Entree - 

     Onion Braised Short Rib - Creamy Parmesan polenta topped with braised short rib served alongside bacon & garlic scented greens - paired with Cabernet Sauvignon. 

Something Sweet - 

     Tiramisu - Coffee flavored Italian custard with creme anglaise and potpourri spiced whipped cream - paired with Petite Sirah.
